ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you
know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING DURATION:

Minimum Shipping Duration: 3 Days*

Maximum Shipping Duration: 15 Days*

 

FREE SHIPPING:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. The Shipping is free for orders above certain amount as declared from time to time in our offers.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International Shipping charges depend on the courier partner. The delivery time will change accordingly.

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ruzequery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
